Samsen Furniture & Mattress is seeking experienced and in-experienced full-time Sales Associates to join our commission based sales team
If you are an energetic, fashion oriented, career minded individual who is driven to achieve success and enjoys working with customers in a retail environment, this is the career for you!
Sales Associates at Samsen Furniture are paid an hourly base pay or $15/hour guaranteed and a commission system, which means that you have a truly unlimited earnings potential.
As this job is retail, so availability most weekends is important.
Summary
As a Home Furnishings Consultant, you will be instrumental in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing expert advice and support in selecting home furnishings. Reporting to the Store Manager, your core skills in retail sales, customer service, and cash handling will be essential in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your premium skills in merchandising and product demonstrations will further elevate the shopping experience. With a focus on effective communication and teamwork, you will contribute to a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business and fosters customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting home furnishings that meet their needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. .
- Demonstrate products and provide information to enhance customer understanding.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven retail sales experience with a focus on home furnishings
- Basic math skills and familiarity with retail math
- Experience with POS systems and merchandising
- Ability to supervise and conduct product demonstrations

Pay: $32,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
