Special Orders / Order Changes

Special Orders
At the time of your order, your salesperson will give you an estimated lead-time for your furniture shipment. Once we receive an acknowledgement of your order from our manufacturer, we will notify you of any specific delivery delay. Our office will continue to track your order weekly until it arrives in our warehouse. We will do our very best to get your furniture to you as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for unexpected delays or any liability therein. We will not make price adjustments due to a delay in delivery.

Changes or Cancellations of Your Order 
Please contact your salesperson or customer service immediately if you need to make changes to your order.

If you purchased from our stock:
Within 3 days of your purchase or receipt of your merchandise, you may cancel and reselect, or return your merchandise and have your money refunded. Delivery charges will not be refunded. Upon return and inspection of the merchandise, your account will be credited and your refund will be processed accordingly. Items sold “AS-IS” may not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.

If you purchased through Special Order”
You may cancel or change your special order within 3 days of placing your order without a cancellation fee, if the manufacturer has not begun production. The cancellation fee will be 25% of your order. If you reorder merchandise in place of your canceled special order, the cancellation fee will be 15% of your cancelled order. In addition, if your merchandise has been delivered, it must be picked up immediately.

Our Quality 
Before your merchandise is ready to leave our building, we carefully inspect your purchase, to make sure that your new furniture meets or exceeds our high standard of excellence. Please remember that furniture is a product of nature and human hands, and that inherent imperfections are part of the beauty and uniqueness of your purchase. If you have any problems or concerns, please contact your salesperson or the customer service manager.

Our Low-Price Assurance
We discount all manufacturer’s suggested retail prices. If within 15 days of your purchase, you can find the identical item at another store in our trading area that offers the same terms and customer services, we will gladly meet that price or refund the difference of your purchase upon verification.

All merchandise is covered for a minimum of one year against manufacturer product of installation and fabrication flaws or defects. * Other extended warranties could be in effect by individual manufacturers that may increase this warranty period. This information will be provided to you upon delivery. All extended manufacturer warranties including “lifetime” warranties will be subject to labor and transportation fees after one year. Merchandise will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer’s provisions. Merchandise sold “AS-IS” carries no warranties.
* Improper care or use, fabric wear ability, dye lot variations, fading, pilling and wrinkling are not covered.

Extended Warranty Program
We recommend our protection program for additional warranties. If you decline a fabric, leather, or wood protection program at the time of your order and wish to add it at a later date, you must notify us at least one business day prior to the merchandise being delivered to your home. Upon ordering, you will receive a warranty packet for the fabric / leather protection program, which will provide detailed information about your warranty. Questions in regards to our protection programs can be directed to Samsen or direct to the Protection Company.

Payment & Financing Options

Your payment and financing options will be explained to you at the time of your purchase. A 25% deposit is required on all orders. The balance on your account must be paid in full before delivery or pick up is set.

We offer financing through TD Bank who will bill you directly according to the provisions of your credit contract. Purchases on credit are subject to the terms and conditions of the associated credit agreement. Any questions concerning your account should be made directly with the credit company.
